Hilbre series Summer 2020
This is a series of studies of the lovely little island of Hilbre in the Dee Estuary off the coast from West Kirby. The island is a ‘touch stone’ from my childhood and carries so many happy memories of first introductions by dad to the bird and wildlife of the area as well as providing the backdrop to my teenage years of windsurfing on the Marine Lake and in the Dee.
